RETURNS

If you need to request a return, please follow the next steps. Returns are free and you have 14 days after receipt of the items to make your request.

 

 1 - First of all, you must contact one of our agents who will guide you to complete our return form.

 

 2 - You must prepare the item you want to return or exchange in the original box, including the delivery slip inside; if it is missing, you can print the order confirmation email. It is essential that we receive the delivery note so that there is no problem registering your return.

 

 

 

 3 - We have two different return methods depending on your origin:

 

 For EU countries: we request collection from your address by our carrier. Note that we will collect your items from the moment you receive an email from us confirming that your pickup has been processed. Upon receipt of the items and checking their condition, we will refund you within 7 days of receiving and checking the products in our warehouse. If they are damaged in any way, please note that there are occasions when you will only be able to get a refund of 50% of your purchase amount.

 

 For countries outside the EU: if you wish to RETURN your order, you do not have to complete the form. You can send the package yourself via the postal service (base rate), requesting a receipt for the shipping cost and email it to us (Keshias@contact.com). In this way, we will be able to register your request and reimburse up to KSh 4,345.88 for shipping costs. Once the return is registered in our warehouse, the refund will follow shortly thereafter.

 

 

 

 

 

 IMPORTANT NOTE: If your order includes several products, the return of a single product will be free. If you wish to return several products from the same order, an additional charge of KSh 763.68 will be applied to the shipping costs. For example. if you buy 4 products and want to return 3, you will need to pay 6 additional products for each additional product, in total it would be KSh 1527.36 for the additional two products. We will send you a payment order after we have processed your return request so that you can pay for it through our website using your credit card or Pay Pal.
